#whatonwhatsgood Express Review (by: Jovin Tardif | What On What's Good)

Joe Valencia (Jo Koy) has a lot of stuff going on in his life. He's a divorced actor/comedian who is trying to achieve greatness while still trying to be the perfect father and son. In Jay Chandrasekhar's Easter Sunday, Joe and his son Junior head home for the Easter Holiday. What can we expect when we meet the family? What sort of personalities do they have?

If you need a giggle, I think you will enjoy this film.

You will definitely like the cameos by Tiffany Haddish, Jimmy O. Yang and Lou Diamond Phillips.

Joe's family & friends including Tia Carrere, Brandon Wardell, Eva Noblezada, Lydia Gaston, Rodney To, and Eugene Cordero are entertaining. Have fun.

Jo Koy discusses Easter Sunday

It's literally my life. We were the love, family, culture, and chaos.

It's so cool. This is the most important thing that I think I've ever done in my career and I've been doing this since 1989.

We've been given this beautiful opportunity by Mr. Spielberg, and Dan Lin to tell that story and show the world how beautiful this culture is.  This is going to open up doors for so many other people because everyone's gonna realize just how relatable it really is.  So to me, that's the most important thing. We're opening doors for other people, and we've finally given the world a taste of our culture.

We're telling a Mom's story and a son's story and a family story, and we've just been blessed to be able to do it with a Filipino family.
