The Man from Toronto (2022) Columbia Pictures, Bron Creative, Escape Artists Netflix Release date June 24, 2022 #whatonwhatsgood Express Review (by: Jovin Tardif) The Man From Toronto is a decent action flick.  I must say Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson work very well together in this action-comedy film. Basically in this movie, you have a case of mistaken identity. Let's just say that Teddy Jackson (Kevin Hart), an out of work gym membership salesman, walked into the wrong room and now everyone thinks he is the world’s deadliest killer,  “The Man from Toronto”. (MFT)  What will happen when "The Man from Toronto" (Woody Harrelson) meets Teddy?    The other cast members (Kaley Cuoco, Jasmine Mathews, Lela Loren, Pierson Fode, Jencarlos Canela, and Ellen Barkin) really add some excitement to the storyline.   Let's hope Hart and Harrelson can team up again on another adventure. Directed by Patrick Hughes Screenplay by Robbie Fox and Chris Bre...

Interview with AMERICAN HORROR STORY Naomi Grossman Today on #whatonwhatsgood with Jovin Tardif, I am here with Naomi Grossman . You may know Naomi from her role in Ctrl Alt Delete . Grossman also plays "Pepper" on FX's American Horror Story : Asylum & Freak Show. She also appeared as a new character, the Satanist "Samantha Crowe" in the eighth season, Apocalypse. Today, we discuss her new film romantic comedy BITE ME! available now, and much more. 1. What do you love about acting? That’s a really good question.  I have to remind myself of the answer regularly!  Because there’s a lot of things I don’t love about this business.  But at the risk of sounding cheesy, I think it’s just what I was put here to do.  I'm a performer through and through— like us vampires in “Bite Me” get our energy from blood, I get my energy from an audience.  The validation of applause… the gratification of laughter… the knowledge you’ve touched people… it’s intoxicating.  I...

Can you tell us a favourite song and why?  " Summertime Rolls ” by Jane’s Addiction: That song sounds just like the title. Perry Farrell is a god imo. Shawnee Kish Janes's Party members include Jeff Giles (keys/guitar/vocals), Tom Ionescu (guitar/vocals), Devon Richardson (bass/vocals), and Zach Sutton (drums). New Hockey Night In Canada Theme Song ' Saturday Night '  Shawnee Kish   “Recording vocals on ‘Saturday Night’ was an absolute blast. Singing the lyrics while thinking about the song's job of pumping up each game, hockey fans in the stadium and viewers sitting at home ready for hockey night had me singing all out. Feeling really lucky to be a part of this song and Hockey Night in this way.”  Tom Ionescu (guitar/vocals) “It was quite a wild ride, grabbing Shawnee’s vocals from Alberta, Zach’s drums from LA, Jeff’s vocals and keyboards from Newfoundland, then recording, producing, and assembling the track in Toronto in just two weeks. That kind of timeline gets the blood pumping which was the perfect feeling needed for this ruckus ...
