Happy Madison/Netflix film Home Team isn't too bad. It kind of has a Mighty Ducks feel to it.
Kevin James plays Sean Payton (head coach of the New Orleans Saints). It's the true story of Sean Payton’s gap year from the NFL after he was suspended. Near the beginning of the film, Payton leaves New Orleans for Texas to try to build a relationship with his son Connor (Tait Blum). While he watches his 12-year-old son’s school team (the Warriors), he decides to help this mediocre football team. After a lot of effort, Payton manages to turn the team around, get a championship opportunity and reconnect with his son.
