Somebody Feed Phil Netflix SEASON 5 PREMIERE May 25, 2022 #whatonwhatsgood Express Review (by: Jovin Tardif) Philip Rosenthal's (creator of Everybody Loves Raymond) personality is incredible.  What a positive human being.  He’s always happy.  I love it.  In his documentary series, Phil eats random food worldwide and loves it.  He’s not an expert but he's highly entertaining and enjoys meeting new people.   In Season 5, Phil travels to five different countries to try their food and learn about their culture.  Each episode is delightful and easy to watch.  You might even want to travel after watching the series. Directed by John Bedolis Presented by Philip Rosenthal No. of seasons 5 No. of episodes 22  Season 1 Bangkok S1, Ep1 12 Jan. 2018 My Rating: 8/10 #whatonwhatsgood Fan Club Rating 78% Saigon S1, Ep2 12 Jan. 2018 My Rating: 7/10 #whatonwhatsgood Fan Club Rating 75% Tel Aviv S1, Ep3 12 Jan. 2018 My Rating: 7/10 #whatonwhats...

Chloe (2022) Mam Tor Productions, Amazon Studios BBC One, Prime Video Social Media #Chloe #PrimeVideo Release date Friday, June 24, on Amazon Prime Video #whatonwhatsgood Express Review (by: Jovin Tardif) Chloe is an interesting drama.  I wasn't blown away when I was watching it ... but it was fascinating. Becky (Erin Doherty) has a stressful life.  She is struggling with getting work, is low on funds, and dealing with a mother with dementia. In her spare time, she goes on her phone to keep an eye on social media.  She visits Instagram to essentially compare herself to others.  One of her favourites on Instagram is Chloe. One day, Becky (who likes to visit Chloe's Instagram account and is her most dedicated social media follower) finds out that Chloe dies. Apparently, she committed suicide and Becky wants to know why ... She decides to create a fake identity and work with Chloe’s friends (who she never met) to find out what happened.   Can Becky live Chl...

Servant   Blinding Edge Pictures/Escape Artists/Dolphin Black Productions Apple Inc./Apple TV+ Express Review "Servant is creepy.  I guess it's what we should expect from M. Night Shyamalan.  The story follows Philadelphia married couple, Dorothy (Lauren Ambrose) and Sean Turner (Toby Kebbell), whose child (Jericho) is deceased.  Following the death of their son,  Dorothy uses a baby doll as a coping mechanism.  Before Jericho’s passing, she hired an 18-year-old Leanne Grayson (Nell Tiger Free) to be their nanny. Leanne is not what you think.  I am not actually sure how to explain her to you but she can turn a doll into a real baby.  How does she do it?  Who is she?"  Created by Tony Basgallop Written by Tony Basgallop, Nina Braddock, Ishana Night Shyamalan Starring Lauren Ambrose as Dorothy Turner (née Pearce) Toby Kebbell as Sean Turner Nell Tiger Free as Leanne Grayson Rupert Grint as Julian Pearce Sunita Mani as Vera Jack and ...

Interview with AMERICAN HORROR STORY Naomi Grossman

Interview with AMERICAN HORROR STORY Naomi Grossman Today on #whatonwhatsgood with Jovin Tardif, I am here with Naomi Grossman . You may know Naomi from her role in Ctrl Alt Delete . Grossman also plays "Pepper" on FX's American Horror Story : Asylum & Freak Show. She also appeared as a new character, the Satanist "Samantha Crowe" in the eighth season, Apocalypse. Today, we discuss her new film romantic comedy BITE ME! available now, and much more. 1. What do you love about acting? That’s a really good question.  I have to remind myself of the answer regularly!  Because there’s a lot of things I don’t love about this business.  But at the risk of sounding cheesy, I think it’s just what I was put here to do.  I'm a performer through and through— like us vampires in “Bite Me” get our energy from blood, I get my energy from an audience.  The validation of applause… the gratification of laughter… the knowledge you’ve touched people… it’s intoxicating.  I...

Mr. Harrigan's Phone Blumhouse Productions, Ryan Murphy Productions Netflix Release date October 5, 2022 My Rating  5/10 #whatonwhatsgood Rating 60% #whatonwhatsgood Express Review Craig (Jaeden Martell) works for Mr. Harrigan (Donald Sutherland).  He reads him books.   One day, Craig gives Mr. Harrigan a phone and suddenly Mr. Harrigan passes away.  Even though Mr. Harrigan dies, Craig sends him texts and tells him about the bully at school.  Next thing you know, the bully dies and Craig wonders if Mr. Harrigan did it.   Is Mr. Harrigan receiving these voicemails from beyond the grave? It was kind of a weird movie.  I didn't think much of the ending of the film. Interview with Comedian Gary Robinson Today on What On What's Good with Jovin Tardif, I am here with Award-Winning Writer, Director, Producer, Editor, Photographer & Comedian Gary Robinson.  In our interview, we discuss what inspired him to get into the entertainment industry,  interning at The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, his video production company, being a stand-up comedian and much more. 1. What first inspired you to be in the entertainment industry? Like many people my age, I was really inspired by the first Star Wars and Indiana Jones movies.  Star Wars showed how you could create a realistic and exciting story that takes place anywhere and at any time.  Finally, it felt like “realistic” creative storytelling was really only limited by our imagination.  And for a young boy, Raiders of the Lost Ark really took you on an adventure, far beyond the realities of daily life.  Those movies made me realize I wanted to tell stories, and inspire people, ...

Deep Water 20th Century Studios/Regency Enterprises/New Regency/Entertainment 360/Film Rites/Entertainment One Hulu (United States)/Amazon Prime Video (International) #whatonwhatsgood Express Review (by: Jovin Tardif) "Director Adrian Lyne hasn’t done a film in twenty years.  Some of my favourites include Fatal Attraction (1987) and Indecent Proposal (1993).  Deep Water is an erotic thriller that follows Vic (Ben Affleck) and Melinda Van Allen (Ana de Armas).  They live in a beautiful home in New Orleans with their young daughter Trixie (Grace Jenkins).  Vic is retired after he invented a computer chip that is used for drone warfare.  Melinda seems bored and loves to openly flaunt her affairs at parties.  The weird part is that Vic seems to be okay with Melinda going out with other men. This is definitely not a healthy relationship.  Over time, one of Melinda's past lovers turns up dead...but who did it?  Was it Vic, their neighbor Don or perhap...
