In Netflix’s latest documentary series 'The Real Bling Ring: Hollywood Heist,' you get to hear from the Bling Ring members, reported victims, and others who discuss the burglaries that happened in the late 2000s in California.
Some interviews include Alexis Haines (Neiers), Nick Norgo (Prugo), Andrea Arlington-Dunne, Gabrielle Hames, Audrina Patridge, and American Blogger Perez Hilton. The Bling Ring started small but then decided to break into the homes of celebrities. Some victims include Paris Hilton, Audrina Patridge, Rachel Bilson, Orlando Bloom, Miranda Kerr, Brian Austin Green, Megan Fox, and Lindsay Lohan.
The Bling Ring found the houses of their targets online and robbed them when they weren't home. They figured out their schedules on websites like Facebook and Twitter.
They stole items like money, designer bags, clothes, jewelry, etc.
It's an interesting docuseries where you get to hear different points of view. You also learn about the dangers of the internet.
