The Dropout Elizabeth Meriwether Pictures/Semi-Formal Productions/20th Television/Searchlight Television Disney Platform Distribution/Hulu Genre Drama #whatonwhatsgood Express Review (by: Jovin Tardif) 'The Dropout' tells the story of Elizabeth Holmes (Amanda Seyfried).   The series basically explores the rise and fall of Elizabeth Holmes and Theranos. Her goal was to create a blood diagnostic technology that will be able to run hundreds of tests on a single drop of blood.  Her technology never worked.   I must say, Amanda Seyfried does an amazing portrayal of Elizabeth Holmes.  The story allows you to see Holmes in high school, as a college freshman, and eventually a businesswoman. It is set in a town called Deadloch, Tasmania.  In the first episode, Trent Latham (Barry Wheeler) is found naked and dead on a beach.  The question is can Sergeant Dulcie Collins (Kate Box) and Det. Eddie Redcliffe (Madeleine Sami) work together to solve the mystery?  It's a whodunnit. Enjoy! Description Deadloch is an eight-part crime comedy. When a local man turns up dead on a beach, two vastly different detectives are thrown together to solve the case. Deadloch puts a comedic spin on the crime genre, completely flipping it and challenging the tropes of the genre. Missing: Dead or Alive? Blast Films Netflix #whatonwhatsgood Express Review Missing: Dead or Alive? follows a female-led missing persons unit as they work on cases from 2019 to 2021.  The missing person cases included Lorraine Garcia, Amirah Watson, David Taylor, and Sierra Stevens. Overall, the show is decent. It felt a bit staged at times.  It wasn't my favourite true crime series of the year, but it's worth watching if you need something to watch. The Good Doctor follows a young man named Shaun Murphy (Freddie Highmore) who happens to have Autism and Savant syndrome.  The series begins with a bit of tension.  Dr. Aaron Glassman (Richard Schiff), Shaun's mentor and paternal figure, is trying to help him get a job as a pediatric surgical resident at San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital.  The head of surgery, Dr. Horace Andrews (Hill Harper) seems hesitant and give Dr. Glassman an ultimatum.  They will hire Dr. Shaun Murphy but if he fails or messes up, Dr. Glassman has to resign as president and Shaun will be fired.   From episode to episode, Dr. Murphy proves that he belongs.  We...

Gemma (Beth Behrs) got a new job as a school principal in L.A. Dave Johnson (Max Greenfield) is just about the friendliest guy in the world.  I don't think anyone can dislike him.  Well one person can... They start discussing their past relationships and eventually, find out on social media that their exes have new relationships. The new friends decide to work together to break up their new exes relationships and win them back. Peter says he will try to convince Noah to leave Ginny (Clark Backo), while Emma will seduce Logan (Manny Jacinto) into cheating on her. Will Emma and Peter succeed or will something else happen?
