In David Terry Fine's Untold: Operation Flagrant Foul former NBA referee Tim Donaghy, best friend Tommy Marino, and Jimmy ‘The Sheep’ Battista discuss the huge gambling sports scandal in 2007.  Donaghy, who was called up to the NBA in 1994, gambled on NBA games he officiated.

In this sports documentary series, you also get to hear from FBI agent Phil Scala, Donaghy’s lawyer John Lauro, Donaghy’s ex-wife Kim Strupp Donaghy, and others.

It's interesting to get everyone's perspective of what really happened.  The question is will their stories all be the same?

From what I can gather, they started small.

Once they realized how easy it was, Donaghy started to bet on the NBA games he was officiating.  Before each game, Tim would call up Tommy and give him his predictions.  Tommy would let Battista know Tim's guesses.  The teams that they bet on won 37 times out of 47.

Tim supposedly used inside information to predict who would win on match day. He was eventually found guilty.  Greed got the best of them.
