Now, he is working as a delivery driver. He has a wife Imani (Teyana Taylor) and a young son. One day, Kamal meets Jeremy (Jack Harlow).  They play a quick shooting game.  What Kamal doesn't know is that Jeremy is a former college basketballer.  Jeremy ends up beating Kamal.  Later, we learn that Jeremy couldn't go pro because he has two torn ACLs.  But he still has hope that one day he will make it.
