Description

Windfall (2022) High Frequency Entertainment/Cloudbreak Pictures/Mutressa Movies Netflix Release date March 18, 2022 #whatonwhatsgood Express Review (by: Jovin Tardif) "A man (Jason Segel) is robbing the vacation home of a wealthy tech billionaire (CEO - Jesse Plemons).  Before he can escape, he is caught by the CEO and his wife (Lily Collins).  The man freaks out and decides to hold the husband and wife hostage.  Overall, it's a pretty good thriller film.  I felt like I was watching an Alfred Hitchcock movie.  Jesse Plemons does a fantastic job of playing a wealthy/pompous/obnoxious/sarcastic CEO. Lily Collins really shows us how she doesn't have a voice in their marriage and that every aspect of her life is dictated by her husband.  The married couple are an entertaining bunch to watch as they aren't exactly on the same page. Min).  Mika sees Yang as a big brother. The drama film essentially tells the story of a family dealing with grief after their A.I. (Yang) malfunctions. The theme is quite emotional.   After getting service from an underground technician, Jake gains access to Yang's memories.  While wearing VR glasses he watches the beauty of life, the world, and relationships through the eyes of their A.I.
