In season 2, Josh and Melissa will find themselves in Schmicago, a world yielding a similar satirical homage to 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s musicals. Robert Luketic will direct the second season
Having found true love in the town of Schmigadoon, season two of “Schmigadoon!” will find Josh (Keegan-Michael Key) and Melissa (Cecily Strong) in Schmicago, the reimagined world of ’60s and ’70s musicals. The second season of Apple’s broadly acclaimed comedy will include new original musical numbers from co-creator, executive producer and showrunner Cinco Paul, as well as returning stars Cecily Strong, Keegan-Michael Key, Ariana DeBose, Martin Short, Dove Cameron, Jaime Camil, Kristin Chenoweth, Alan Cumming, Ann Harada, Jane Krakowski and Aaron Tveit with Tituss Burgess and Patrick Page joining the cast for season two.

The series basically explores the rise and fall of Elizabeth Holmes and Theranos. Her goal was to create a blood diagnostic technology that will be able to run hundreds of tests on a single drop of blood. Her technology never worked. I must say, Amanda Seyfried does an amazing portrayal of Elizabeth Holmes. The story allows you to see Holmes in high school, as a college freshman, and eventually a businesswoman. I kept wondering if the NBA players were actually as bad as people said, or if the media made them look worse than they were. Some players did have real problems off the court. Rasheed Wallace sometimes got into trouble, and Damon Stoudamire also had issues, including marijuana charges. That’s why the team got the nickname “Jail Blazers” during the late 1990s and early 2000s. As soon as I walked through the front door, I knew I was in for a treat. I was greeted by a few elves who guided me towards the Santa experience. I grabbed a hot chocolate and a cookie and went over to see my good friend Santa. We posed for a photo and had a very quick but fun conversation. I walked back through a beautiful setup of the largest gingerbread house that I have ever seen. Kudos to Executive Chef, JW Foster, and his staff at Fairmont Royal York for their hard work and dedication to building a two-story gingerbread house for the holidays. It is sensational.
