Bel-Air Season 1 No. of episodes: 10 #whatonwhatsgood Express Review (by: Jovin Tardif) Bel-Air is a dramatic version of the '90s comedy sitcom 'The Fresh Prince of Bel Air'.  It's about a young Will Smith who has to go to L.A. because of some issues happening in Philadelphia.  Just like in the original series, Will (Jabari Banks) has to get used to his new surroundings with his wealthy family in Los Angeles.  The series is interesting and they made some adjustments to the characters. Uncle Phil (Adrian Holmes) is slightly different in this show.  He's strict but fair.  He also has a few secrets. Aunt Vivian (Cassandra Freeman) plays a similar role to the 90's sitcom where she helps everyone try to accomplish their goals and become successful.  The only difference in this show is that she used to paint and she stopped doing it to help Uncle Phil with his political career. In her spare time, she goes on her phone to keep an eye on social media.  She visits Instagram to essentially compare herself to others.  One of her favourites on Instagram is Chloe. One day, Becky (who likes to visit Chloe's Instagram account and is her most dedicated social media follower) finds out that Chloe dies. During her stay, Grace learns that the relationship seems a bit dodgy and she wonders whether she created the tension between them.  A strange neighbour David (Blake Ridder), who Edward despises, lurks in the background.  What does David know?  Do they all have secrets?  What will we find out about Grace, Liv, and Edward? Night Shyamalan.  The story follows Philadelphia married couple, Dorothy (Lauren Ambrose) and Sean Turner (Toby Kebbell), whose child (Jericho) is deceased.  Following the death of their son,  Dorothy uses a baby doll as a coping mechanism.  Before Jericho’s passing, she hired an 18-year-old Leanne Grayson (Nell Tiger Free) to be their nanny.
